This CPD National Standards Accredited Training is suitable for Parents, Teachers, SENCos, Social workers, and all professionals who work with and support
pre-teens and teenagers.
This training is an absolute 'must' for anyone living with,
teaching, or supporting teenagers or children soon to become teenagers. It will give you a deeper and clearer understanding of how teens differ from adults and how to engage more effectively with them.
Content
Explains teenage brain development and how to recognise the impact it has upon teens thinking, feeling and behaviour.
Shows how to explain simply and clearly to teens what is happening to them.
Offers a range of interventions to reduce stress and anxiety.
Shows how to adapt communication to be more effective in terms of engagement and motivation
There are two ways of acquiring this training for your staff:
1. The training can be accessed as an online course which individuals book on to (£48 each)
and complete in their own time as distance learning.
International Standards CPD certificates issued with successful course completion.
2. The training is also available as a bespoke training session for your specific organisation.
Delivered as an online training workshop that can range in length from three to six hours depending on the level of group discussion and interaction requested.
£150/hour with up to 30 attendees (£5 each)
