When you have a child screaming at you, especially in public, it can be one the hardest situations to deal with. What can we do in the moment and what can we do to reduce the occurrences? There is no easy answer but there are some strategies that may help. This one hour session looks at what anger is and why it is so hard for our children, and sometimes ourselves, to manage it. We explore some preventative measures and give tips on how to respond more effectively.
