Each session is in two stages:
Stage 1 - In the first half of the session, Jane shares information on a specific topic. You can join this session with your cameras on or off and you can ask questions and share ideas in the chat box or you can just watch and listen, completely up to you how much you interact or not.
Half way through the two hours there is a ten minute comfort break. At this point you can leave the session, or you can have a break and come back for the second half, up to you, absolutely no pressure either way.
Stage 2 - The second half is for people who are happy to have their cameras on and take part in group chats and interactive exercises. We will talk about the topic, share ideas, ask questions and reflect on how it relates to our own experiences.

This is what one parent said about the session she attended,

"I attended a Weymouth and Portland session that we are lucky enough to have on offer for free. It was so interesting and informative, full of ‘light bulb’ moments. Even the ‘happiest’ of families would have something to learn. You can just listen or join in. Jane is brilliant. I would recommend this highly to all parents and carers while it is available and especially to those living with teens." Heidi Crompton, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Mum.
